PCIe 5.0 x16 ready

Support modern high-bandwidth servers with a PCIe Gen4 or Gen5 x16 host interface.

RDMA and GPUDirect RDMA

Help reduce CPU overhead and support efficient movement of data between compatible GPUs, storage, and network resources.

Hardware security acceleration

Offload compatible TLS, IPsec, and MACsec encryption and decryption to help secure network traffic.

400G networking for AI and HPC systems

The ConnectX-7 brings a high-bandwidth 400G connection directly into compatible server platforms. It is built for GPU compute, high-performance storage, scientific computing, and cloud environments where efficient communication across the network fabric matters.

TECHNICAL DETAILS

Built into the system

Single-port 400G connectivity

The MCX75310AAS-NEAT provides one OSFP network port with up to 400Gb/s of total adapter bandwidth. It is designed for compatible AI, HPC, high-performance storage, and cloud environments that require a fast server-to-fabric connection.

InfiniBand and Ethernet flexibility

ConnectX-7 supports compatible NDR 400Gb/s, HDR 200Gb/s, and EDR 100Gb/s InfiniBand deployments. It also supports Ethernet connections from 10Gb/s through 400Gb/s, allowing the adapter to fit different high-speed fabric designs.

PCIe 4.0 and PCIe 5.0 x16 host interface

A PCIe x16 host interface supports PCIe Gen4 and Gen5 server platforms. This gives compatible systems the bandwidth required to use the adapter’s 400G network connection effectively.

RDMA and GPU-aware data movement

RDMA, RoCE, GPUDirect RDMA, and GPUDirect Storage help support efficient data movement between compatible compute, storage, and network resources. These capabilities can reduce CPU overhead in distributed AI, HPC, and high-performance storage workflows.

Storage and virtualization acceleration

ConnectX-7 includes hardware support for NVMe over Fabrics, NVMe over TCP, SR-IOV, overlay networking, and accelerated virtual-switch functions. This helps support high-performance storage systems, cloud workloads, and virtualized infrastructure.

Security, congestion control, and timing

Inline hardware acceleration supports compatible TLS, IPsec, and MACsec encryption and decryption. Enhanced congestion control, quality-of-service capabilities, and precision timing features help support reliable network performance in demanding data center environments
